摘要
用分段式Hopkison压杆研究了胞状铝合金及胞状纯铝在高应变速率(600~1800s 1)下的压缩行为。试验表明,胞状纯铝的平台应力随应变速率的增大缓慢增加,而胞状铝合金的平台应力对应变速率不敏感,后者在上述应变速率条件下,可以不考虑应变速率的变化,可以静态压缩σ ε数据作为应用参考。
The compressive behavior of cellular Al alloy under high strain rate (600~1800s^(-1)) had been studied by split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB).It is found that the plateau stress of Al increases slowly when the strain rate increases. At the same time, the plateau stress of Al alloy is insensitive to the strain rate. So the static σ-ε data can be used in this strain rate range, but no need considering the change of the strain rate.
