摘要
介绍了集铣磨成形、研磨、抛光于一体的大中型非球面光学加工机床 ( AOCMT) ,分析了其设计方法、结构特点和主要技术参数 ;通过 X、Y、Z、A、C五轴数控联动 ,AOCMT能加工出任意复杂的光学表面 ,且始终保持刀具轴线位于加工点的法线方向 ,以消除非对称误差的影响 ;研究了各运动轴定位误差对铣磨精度的影响 ,通过采取必要的工艺措施 ,AOCMT的铣磨精度能稳定地优于 8μm;分析了 AOCMT的后置处理算法 ,通过坐标平移和旋转 ,得到了三、四、五轴数控加工的通用坐标变换公式。
Aspheric optical compound machine tool (AOCMT) which integra tes grinding, lapping and polishing was introduced in this paper. AOCMT's design method, structure characterics and principal technical parameters were anal yz ed. Based on 5-axis NC linkage, AOCMT can generate free-form surface in norma l manner, and asymmetrical errors in machining processes were eliminated. Furthe rmo re, the influences of various errors on grinding accuracy were studied. The gri nd ing accuracy of AOCMT is steadily better than 8μm. Finally, the postprocess al gorithm of AOCMT was analyzed. According to coordinate transition and rotation , the general transfer model in multi-axis numerical control machining is given.
