摘要
目的 :探讨宫环止血灵治疗置铜宫内节育器 (Cu -IUD)所致子宫异常出血的作用机理。方法 :制作家兔置Cu -IUD动物模型 ,以吲哚美辛作对照 ,测定全血比切变率、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积、血沉。结果 :置Cu -IUD家兔红细胞压积增大 ,全血比粘度和血浆比粘度增高 ,与未置器对照组比较有显著性差异 ;经宫环止血灵治疗后 ,家兔红细胞压积、全血比粘度和血浆比粘度与置器对照组比较有明显降低。结论 :改善血液流变性可能是宫环止血灵防治置Cu -IUD引起的出血的机理之一。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of Gonghuanzhixueling on endometrorrhagia caused by Cu-IUD.Methods:In constrast with indomethacin,we made a Cu-IUD-wearing rabbit model and determinated specific viscosity of whole blood,specific viscosity of plasma,hematocrit and blood sedimentation.Results:The hematocrit,the specific viscosity of whole blood and specific viscosity of plasma of rabbits with Cu-IUD were raised,which compared with rabbits without Cu-OID,the difference was marked.Treated with Gonghuanzhixueling,the hematocrit,the specific viscosity of whole blood and specific viscosity of plasma of rabbits with Cu-IUD were decreased markedly.Conclusion:Improving blood rheology maybe is one of the mechanisms of Gonghuanzhi-xueling preventing and curing endometrorrhagia caused by Cu-IUD.
