摘要
氧化苦参碱是传统中药苦参的有效成分之一 ,具有抗心律不齐作用。其经皮给药后为双室模型 ,动力学方程为 :C =- 4.4 492 8·e- 0 .2 0 94 79t+ 3.6 5 72 9·e- 0 .119990t+ 0 .79199·e- 0 .0 2 9358t,其中T(peak)为8.88h ,C(max)为 1.198μg·ml- 1,AUC为 36 .2 17(μg·ml)·h- 1。同时血药HPLC图谱表明经皮给药的氧化苦参碱不转化为苦参碱。
The oxymatrine is one of the main alkaloids Sophora feavescens.It has the effect of amts-arrhythmic. The oxymatrine showed to be double-compartment model after transdermal drug delivery.It's equation of pharmacokinetics is. C=-4.44928·e -0.209479t+3.65729·e -0.119990t +0.79199·e -0.029358t In which,Tp is 8.88 hours;Gmax is 1.198μg/ml,and AUC is 36.217(μg/ml)·h.At the same time,HPLC figures showed that the oxymatrine did not transform to matrine after transdermal drug delivery.
