摘要
目的 :对四逆散催眠药理作用进行初探。方法 :采用协同戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠作用。结果 :四逆散能明显延长阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠时间 ,缩短入睡潜伏期 ,增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡率。结论 :四逆散有明显的催眠作用。
Objective:To explore the role of Sinisan on sleep.Methods:To influence the hynosis induced by pentobarbital sodium.Results:Sinisan increased the sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium of superthreshold dosage,decreased the sleeping latent period,increased the sleeping rate of pentobarbital sodium of subthreshold dosage.Conclusions:Sinisan has a significant pharmacological role of hypnotic.
