摘要
介绍了重油加氢处理过程结焦反应机理和抑制结焦技术的开发和应用。供氢剂在无催化剂和氢气存在条件下 ,可提供活性氢原子推迟或阻止第二液相的形成 ,有效抑制生焦 ;高芳烃重质石油馏分含有大量的环烷基芳烃和多环芳烃可替代纯的环烷基芳烃作为供氢剂 ,捕捉生焦基团、抑制生焦 ,且廉价易得 。
Introduced are coking mechanism and developing and applying of restraining coking technology of heavy oil hydrogenating process.Hydrogen donor can provide active hydrogen atom to postpone or control the forming of the second liquid phase and effectively restrain the coking when catalyst and hydrogen were absent.There are a lot of naphthenic aromatic and multicycle aromatic in the heavy oil fraction as hydrogen donor capturing the coking predecessor and further restraining the coking,it can be obtained easily at low price;it has no effect on the catalyst or products.
