摘要 介绍了行波、驻波、纵扭复合型超声波电动机的原理及各种超声波电动机的性能区别。列举了各种新型电动机,并对超声波电动机的发展趋势作了简介。 The principle of the travelling,standing,hybrid ultrasonic motor,and its difference are described in this paper.Several new type ultrasonic motors are listed,and the developing trend of the ultrasonic motor is presented.
