阐述了绝缘介电强度试验的目的,标准中漏电流峰值与有效值规定不一问题产生的根源及解决办法,试验电压及漏电流大小的确定,也讨论了绝缘介电强度试验与绝缘电阻测试的区别。
The purpose of dieletric withstanding voltage test,reasons of occurrence and solution of no consistent condition between leakage current peak and effect value in the standard are stated here.In addition,value of the test voltage,leakage current and difference between dielectric withstanding voltage test and insulation resistance measurement are discussed.
