摘要
目的 测定复方苯酚雷锁辛涂剂中苯酚、雷锁辛两组份的百分含量。方法 采用新Vierordt法不经分离直接测定复方苯酚雷锁辛涂剂中两主成分的含量。结果 以 2 60nm ,2 79nm分别为苯酚、雷锁辛的测定波长 ,以溶剂为空白测定各自的吸收度。苯酚在 3 .5~ 56.0 μg·ml- 1浓度范围有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999) ,雷锁辛在7.8~ 12 4.80 μg·ml- 1浓度范围有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999) ,苯酚和雷锁锌的平均回收率及RSD分别为 99.83 % ,10 0 .48%和 0 .62 6% ,0 .196%。结论 本法操作简捷快速 ,具有很大的灵活性 。
Objective To establish a New Vierordt method for the a ssay of individual medicaments in compound pigmentum phenoli et pesorcincli. Methods It is a New Vierordt method without separation. Results The detection wavelength of phenoli and pesorcincli in compound pigmentum were at 260nm,279nm respectively.From 3.5μg·ml -1 to 56.0μg·ml -1 ,phenoli had the best linear relationship ,meanwhile, pesorcincli had the best linear relationship between 7.8μg·ml -1 and 124.80μg·ml -1 ,The average recoveries were 99.83%,100.48%,with RSD 0 .626%,0.196% respectively. Conclusion The New Vierordt method i s used as quality control of the two formulations because of its convenience and accuracy.
