风电消纳途径综述

Review of Wind Power Accommodation Approaches

近几年,世界风电发展迅猛。和国外高效率消纳风电不同,中国"弃风"问题突出,严重阻碍了中国风电的可持续发展。如何增加风电消纳已经成为国家、社会、企业关注的一个重要课题。介绍了国际上风电消纳的经验,从储能技术、跨区域消纳、多能互补模式以及需求侧响应4种途径,分别对风电消纳途径的众多研究成果进行分析整理,归纳总结出各种途径的特点。现有研究多侧重于方案的可行性分析,主要从经济可行、技术可行、政策建议的角度出发,缺乏对风电消纳风险的系统研究和政策效果研究。最后展望未来我国风电消纳的途径,包括电动汽车、风电供暖、新型储能电池、新能源微电网和能源互联网。

Wind power is developing rapidly worldwide in recent years.Different from efficient wind power accommodation overseas,wind power curtailment is prominent in China,seriously hinder the sustainable development of Chinese wind power.Thus how to increase wind power accommodation has become an important topic concerned by the stale,the society and the enterprises.The international wind power accommodation experiences were briefly introduced,and numerous research of wind power accommodation approaches were sorted and analyzed with characteristics summarized,which can be divided into energy storage technology,cross regional consumptive,multi energy complementary mode and demand response.Exisling research mainly focuses on the feasibility analysis of the schemes,such as economic feasibility.technical feasihilily.policy recommendations,bill lack of systematic Study of risk of wind power accommodation and analysis of policy effect.Finally.the future China's wind power accomniodalion approaches were expected,including electric vehicles,wind power healing,new energy storage batten.micro grid with new energy and energy Internet.
