介绍了某发电公司2号机组给水控制回路的优化改造,去掉了就地Woodward505控制器,利用增加板件,在DCS系统内以组态的方式替代505控制器功能,简化回路、节约备件和资金,减少了中间环节。这种给水控制回路的成功优化可为其它同类机组提供借鉴经验。

This paper introduces No.2 unit feedwater control loop optimization in a power generation companv,removes the on-site woodward 505 controller,and adopts configuration in the DCS system instead of 505 controller function by adding the control card.The control loop is simplified,saving the cost of maintenance and spare parts.The successlul optimization of this feedwater control loop ran provide reference experience for other similar units.
