摘要
电动汽车随机并网将会对配电网稳定以及设备安全产生影响,有必要对其充电进行有序管理。以插入式混合动力电动汽车为研究对象(PHEV),通过构建多级随机动态规划模型,优化负荷集成商代理电动汽车参与电力市场的竞标策略。负荷集成商向开放的时前电力市场进行固定竞标和灵活竞标,同时检测配电网的容量约束,灵活竞标能够以备用服务出清,或电能出清。算例分析证明了市场竞标策略可有效平抑峰时负荷并降低电动汽车充电的期间成本。
Electric-vehicle random grid integralion has the potential affect to distribution network stability and equipment safety production.Orderly management is necessary for electric vehicle charging.Taking plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) as research object,multistage stochastic dynamic programming model is used to optimize the bidding strategy for a load aggregator(LA)participating in electric power market.The LA submits inflexible and flexible bids to a liberalized hour-ahead power market,while monitoring localized feeder constraints.Flexible bids can be cleared as regulation service,or cleared as energy.The case study has found that the market bidding strategy may effectively restrain the peak load and reduce period costs for PHEVs.
