变电站保护小室外加金属屏蔽环对小室内部电压的影响

摘要 变电站内安放二次设备的保护小室表面通常覆盖一层接地金属网来屏蔽一次侧的干扰,而大面积的覆盖金属网无疑会造成材料的浪费、提高工程造价。不同于传统研究模式,在保护小室表面覆盖接地金属屏蔽环来代替大面积金属网,通过有限元分析法建立模型,研究不同数量的金属屏蔽环在不同位置时对保护小室内部电压分布的影响;并通过研究金属屏蔽环横截面面积变化对小室内电压分布的影响优化屏蔽环结构;最后将金属屏蔽环焊接成简易的法拉第笼结构,分析其屏蔽效果,为工程上解决类似问题提供一定的理论依据。 In order to shield the interference from the primary side,the substation protective chamber placed within the secondary equipment is usually covered with a grounded metal mesh.However,the metal mesh covering a large area will undoubtedly result in material waste and improve the project cost.Unlike traditional research model,the surface of protective chamber is covered with metal shielding rings instead of a large area of metal mesh.Modeled by the finite element analysis,this article studies the effect of voltage in the protective chamber when different number of metal shielding rings varies at different locations.In addition,this article also studies the effect upon voltage in the protective chamber with the changes of cross-sectional area of metal shielding rings and optimize the structure of metal shielding rings.The metal shield ring is welded into simple Faraday cage structure,its shielding effect is analyzed.The paper can provide certain theoretical basis for solving similar problems in engineering.
