摘要 目的 分离 18种氨基酸 ,并对其分离的最适条件进行考察。方法 采用DABS -C1柱前衍生RP -HPLC法 ,在DAD检测器 43 6nm处测定。结果  18种氨基酸在 60min内得到良好的分离。结论 DABS -C1柱前衍生RP -HPLC分离氨基酸是一种比较方便。 Objective To study suitable condition of analyzing eighteen amino acids.Methods In the present experiment,with the DABS_Cl pre_column derivatization technique,the mentioned compounds above were easily separated by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography,and det ected at 436 nm by DAD detector.Results This method was capable of determining eighteen amino acids at one run within 60 min.Conclusio n The results show that the method of reversed_phase High Performance L iquid Chromatography with DABS_Cl pre_column derivatization technique possesses stable,sensitive and accurate character used for determining amino acids.
