摘要
在新医改的大背景下,中国已经超过日本,成为世界第二大医疗器械市场。物流园区作为医疗供应链中重要的一环,其建设过程及选址规划的合理性都会对整个医疗器械市场起到举足轻重的影响。基于此,该文探讨了医疗器械物流园区选址的理论框架,分析了对园区选址的影响因素,建立医疗器械物流园区选址模型,并应用免疫遗传算法得出最优选址方案。
In the context of the new health care reform,China has overtaken Japan as the world’s second largest medical device market. Logistics park is an important link in medical supply chain. The construction process and the rationality of site selection planning for logistics parks will have a significant impact on the whole medical device market. The theoretical framework of the siting of medical devices logistics parks is discussed and the influencing factors of the siting of logistics parks are analyzed. The siting model of medical devices logistics parks is established,and the optimal siting scheme based on the immune genetic algorithm is obtained.
