To study the computational problem of one kind special mean square value of Dirichlet L-functions.Using the analytic method,the reciprocal formula of Dedekind sums and M?bius inversion formula. The exact computational formula for ■are given,where the summation over all even characters χ mod q,χ6 is the non-principal character mod 6 with (6,q) = 1. The research of Dirichlet L-functions is developed.
