摘要 目的 研究表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在肺癌组织中的表达 ,探讨EGFR与肺癌生长、转移及预后的关系。方法 选用胸外科手术和呼吸科纤支镜活检的肺部组织标本共 48例 ,通过免疫组织化学S -P法检测EGFR在肺癌细胞和非恶性组织细胞中的表达。结果 肺癌组EGFR的阳性表达率显著高于非恶性肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 1) ;EGFR在非小细胞癌中的表达率显著高于小细胞未分化癌 (P <0 .0 1)。EGFR阳性表达与EGFR阴性表达者的一年生存率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 1)。结论 肺癌组织中存在EGFR的异常高表达 ;肺癌的病理类型中以非小细胞的EGFR表达率较高 ; Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in tumor tissue and investigate its value for the develop ment and prognosis of lung cancer. Method The expression of EGFR in 48 pulmonary tissues obtained through thoracic operation and bronchos copy were examined by S-p immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of EGFR in the lung cancer cases was significantly higher th an that in non-malignant cases.The expression of EGFR in non-small cell lung can cer was significantly higher than that in small cell lung caner.There was no sig nificant difference in 1-year survival rate between the positive cases and the n egative cases of EGFR in lung cancer cases.Conclusion There is overexpression of EGFR in the lung cancer tissues.The expression of EGFR in non- small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than that in small cell lung can cer.EGFR expression can not be served as an independent tumor marker for lung ca ncer.
