慢性肾炎患者外周血CD62P表达的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of CD62P in Patients with Chronic Nephritis

目的 探讨慢性肾炎患者外周血CD62P的表达同慢性肾炎进展的关系。方法 慢性肾炎患者 52例根据BUN、Cr分为Ⅰ组 :肾功能不全代偿期 (BUN≤ 9mmol/L ,Cr≤ 178μmol/L) 2 0例 ,Ⅱ组 :氮质血症期 (9mmol/L<BUN≤ 2 0mmol/L ,178μmol/L <Cr≤ 445μmol/L) 19例 ,Ⅲ组 :尿毒症期 (BUN >2 0mmol/L ,Cr >445μmol/L) 13例 ,用流式细胞仪分别测定 3组患者外周血CD62P的表达 ,并同正常对照组进行比较。结果 3组外周血CD62P的表达分别为 9.12 %± 2 .5%、7.13 %± 2 .1%、3 .41%± 1.5% ,均高于正常对照组的 1.87%± 0 .65% (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5) ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组又显著高于Ⅲ组 (P <0 .0 1)。各组间血小板的常规指标比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 慢性肾炎患者外周血CD62P的表达与肾脏病变的发生。

Objective To study the relation between the expression of CD62P and Chronic Nephritis.Methods Fifty two patients were divided into 3 groups according to the levels of the BUN and Cr. group Ⅰ (n =20,BUN≤9 mmol/L,Cr≤178 μmol/L),group Ⅱ(n=19,9 mmol/L<BUN≤20 mmol/L, 178 μmol/L<Cr≤445 μmol/L) and group Ⅲ (n=13,BUN>20 mmol/L,Cr>445 μmo l/L).The expression of CD62P was determined by whole blood flow cytometry in 52 patients with Chronic Nephritis and the results were compared with that from the control. Results The results showed that the percentage of CD6 2P in patients of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 9.12%±2.5%、7.13%±2.1%、3.41%±1.5%resp ectively,significantly higher than that in the control(P<0.01 and P<0. 05 respectively),the percentage in patients of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ were significantly h igher than that in group Ⅲ (P<0.01)while The BPC,PV,PDW of platelet were n o significant difference between the Chronic Nephritis and the controls (P> 0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD62P is related to the deve lopment of Chronic Nephritis.
