复方参金凝胶抗炎镇痛作用的药效学研究

Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of compound Shenjin gel

目的:评价复方参金凝胶的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,小鼠肉芽肿,观察复方参金凝胶的抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板法,观察复方参金凝胶的镇痛作用。结果:复方参金凝胶能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和小鼠肉芽肿,明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数,明显提高小鼠的热痛阈值。结论:复方参金凝胶具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective:To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of compound shenjin gel.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect of compound Shenjin gel was observed by using the mouse ear inflammation model induced by xylol and the mouse granuloma model induced by cotton ball,and the analgesic effect was observed by using the mouse acetic acid writhing test and hot plate test.Results:Compound Shenjin gel could obviously inhibit xylol-induced mouse ear inflammation and cotton ball-induced mouse granuloma,exhibited obvious inhibitory effect on mouse writhing induced by acetic acid,and could heighten the thermalgesia liminal value of mouse.Conclusion:Compound Shenjin gel has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
