摘要
目的:研究调查高原官兵肺功能的情况。方法:选择平原地区(海拔400 m)及高原地区(海拔5000 m)青年官兵86名,通过问卷和肺功能仪检测,采用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析,观察高原环境对肺功能影响。结果:高原官兵肺功能情况与平原官兵相比整体较差,表现为FVC、FEF25及MVV下降,FEV1/FVC继发性增高。尤其在吸烟者中,高原官兵的FVC、FEF25、FEF50及MVV降低更显著。结论:高原环境及吸烟会引起官兵肺功能损害,并对官兵的潜在战斗力造成影响。通过环境改善、推广戒烟、高压氧及呼吸操等综合防治措施可以改善高原官兵的肺功能。
Objective:To investigate the pulmonary function of soldiers on the plateau.Methods:Eightysix young soldiers who came from the plain(with the altitude of 400m)and plateau(with the altitude of5000m)were selected.The effects of high altitudes on pulmonary function were investigated through the questionnaires and autospirers.Results:The pulmonary functions were poorer in soldiers on the plateau than those in soldiers on the plain,with the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory flow 25(FEF25)and maximal ventilatory volume(MVV)decreased while FEV1/FVC increased consequently,especially in smoking soldiers.Conclusion:The environment on the plateau and smoking not only are harmful to pulmonary function,but also can affect the potential fighting stamina of soldiers.The pulmonary function of soldiers on the plateau can be improved through combined preventive and therapeutic measures such as improvement of the environment,generalization of no smoking,hyperbaric oxygen therapy and breathing exercise.
