解剖型髋动力带锁钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用

Clinical application of anatomical dynamic hip lock plate in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture

目的:探讨解剖型髋动力带锁钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2012-09~2013-09我院采用解剖型髋动力带锁钢板治疗28例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料。年龄63~83岁,平均(74.50±6.13)岁。骨折按Evans分型:Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型5例,Ⅳ型3例。结果:本组28例均获随访,随访时间3~15个月,平均(8.04±2.53)个月。在随访过程中,1例患者发生术后并发症肺部感染,经内科治疗后好转。骨折全部愈合,髋关节活动均正常。术后3个月髋关节Harris评分平均(82.40±5.54)分,与术前髋关节Harris评分平均(16.60±8.49)分相比有了显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:解剖型髋动力带锁钢板是一种治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of anatomical dynamic hip lock plate(ADHLP)in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture(IF).Methods:Clinical data of 28 elderly patients with IF treated by ADHLP in our hosipital from September 2012 to September 2013 were reviewed.The patients aged from 63 to 83years with an average age of(74.50±6.13).There were 8cases of typeⅠ,12 cases of typeⅡ,5cases of typeⅢ and 3cases of typeⅣ according to Evans classification.Results:All patients were followed up for 3-15 months with an average of(8.04±2.53)months.During the follow-up,one case suffered pulmonary infection,and got better after medical treatment.All fractures were healed and hip joints acted normally.Three months after operation,the average Harris score of hip joints was(82.40±5.54),which was significantly higher than the score of(16.60±8.49)before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:ADHLP can be used effectively in the treatment of elderly IF.
