Investigation on the psychosomatic health of soldiers in highlands

目的:调查高原军人身心健康状况及其影响因素。方法:运用康奈尔医学指数(CMI)对海拔3000m以上军人进行问卷调查。结果:1与CMI临界值(A-R≥35分,M-R≥15分)比较,68名(26.9%)高原军人存在身心健康障碍,48名(19.0%)存在心理状况异常。2已婚军人CMI总分、A-L得分显著高于未婚军人(P<0.05,P<0.01);城市来源军人A-L得分显著低于乡村来源军人(P<0.05);不同文化程度、不同恋爱情况的高原军人CMI总分、A-L得分、M-R得分均存在显著差异。结论:婚姻状况、家庭来源、文化程度、恋爱情况对高原军人的身心健康都有不同程度的影响。

Objective:To investigate the psychosomatic health and influential factors of soldiers in highlands.Methods:Cornell medical index(CMI)was used in the investigation on the psychosomatic health of 270 soldiers in highlands.Results:1Compared with the criticality values(A-R≥35,M-R≥15),physical and mental disorders occurred in 68soldiers(26.9%),and 48soldiers(19.0%)showed abnormal mental state.2Scores of CMI(P<0.05)and A-L(P<0.01)were higher in married soldiers than those in unmarried ones.A-L score was higher in soldiers from villages than that in soldiers from cities(P<0.05).There were significant differences in CMI,A-L,and M-R scores of soldiers with different education and love situation.Conclusion:The marital status,family source,education background,and love situation may have some effects on the physical and mental health of soldiers in highlands.
