某军队医院5年军事训练伤住院病例分析

Investigation and analysis on hospitalization cases of military training injuries of a military hospital in 5 years

目的:调查分析某部现役官兵军事训练伤住院疾病的构成,为部队军训伤的防治工作有针对性地提供科学依据。方法:对某中心医院军队伤病员住院病案首页的内容进行回顾性调查分析。结果:5年内军训伤住院疾病按伤类分布分析,前3位住院疾病依次为暴力所致骨折(36.78%),关节扭伤(35.98%),应力性骨折(6.98%);按骨折损伤部位分布分析,前3种部位依次为下肢(47.59%),上肢(37.44%),脊柱(6.82%);按住院天数分析,前3位依次是脑组织损伤(23.04d),神经损伤(22.81d),骨折(21.93d)。结论:目前该部军训伤仍以骨关节损伤为主,应作为防治的重中之重。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the hospitalization composition of military training injuries of military officers and soldiers.Methods:The homepages of medical records from certain central military hospital from 2009 to 2013 were retrospectively reviewed.Results:The top three training injuries in 5 years were fractures(36.78%),articular strain(35.98%),bone fracture(6.98%).According to the fracture site,the top three damage distribution parts were lower extremity(47.59%),upper limbs(37.44%)and spine(6.82%).The top three in length of hospital stay were fracture brain injury(23.04d),nerve injury(22.81d) and bone facture(21.93d).Conclusion:Currently,the bone and joint injuries are still the main training injuries of military officers and soldiers.
