斑点追踪成像技术在评价扩张型心肌病患者左心室收缩功能的研究

摘要 目的:采用二维应变成像技术评价扩张型心肌病患者左心室心肌收缩功能,并探索左心室形态的变化与各节段心肌收缩功能的相关改变。方法:分别采集15例扩张型心肌病患者与35例正常人多个标准切面,采用二维应变成像技术测量左心室各节段收缩期峰值应变,并比较两组之间的差异。结果:扩张型心肌病患者多切面收缩期峰值应变均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),且室壁运动弥漫性减低,短轴各节段径向应变及圆周应变均未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:二维应变成像技术能够测量扩张型心肌病患者左心室收缩功能,并能够对心室局部运动进行准确评价。 Objective:To evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy by two-dimensional strain imaging,and explore the changes of left ventricular morphology and systolic function of each myocardial segment.Methods:Multiple standard sections were collected from 15 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 35 healthy individuals.The left ventricular segments systolic peak strains measured with two-dimensional strain imaging were compared between two groups.Results:The multiple longitudinal systolic peak strains in dilated cardiomyopathy patients were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),with diffuse ventricular wall motion reduction.The short axis segmental radial strain and circumferential strain showed no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:The two-dimensional strain imaging technique can measure left ventricular systolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,and can accurately evaluate the ventricular local motion.
