鼻骨骨折伴非外伤性鼻中隔偏曲手术时机分析

Surgery opportunity of the nasal bone fracture with deflection of nasal septum

目的:探讨鼻骨骨折伴非外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者行鼻骨骨折复位术加鼻中隔矫正术手术时机的疗效和选择。方法:分析我院2008-06~2014-04的56例鼻骨骨折伴非外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者,根据手术时机分为A组(二期手术)和B组(同期手术),随访3~26个月,分析比较2组的疗效及并发症。结果:A组和B组手术成功率及疗效均满意,无显著差异(P>0.05),术后并发症发生率A组少于B组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻骨骨折伴非外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者二期鼻中隔矫正术较同期手术并发症发生率低,疗效无明显差异,应严格选择手术时机。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of surgery opportunity on the nasal bone fracture with deflection of nasal septum.Methods:We retrospectively investigated 56 patients of the nasal bone fracture with inherent deflection of nasal septum from June 2008 to April 2014.All the cases were divided into group A(staging operation)and group B(synchronization operation)with a follow-up of 3-26 months.The curative effect and complication in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The differences of achievement ratio and curative effect of the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Complication rate were significantly less in group A than that in group B(P <0.05).Conclusion:The complication rate of staging operation following nasal bone fracture with inherent deflection of nasal septum was less than that of synchronization operation.The curative effect was equal.Surgery opportunity should be carefully chosen.
