超声射频技术评价2型糖尿病患者颈动脉功能及相关风险因素研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:应用高频超声射频数据处理技术评价2型糖尿患者颈动脉功能及相关风险因素的相关性及临床价值。方法:随机选取2型糖尿病患者33例作为单纯病例组,2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者42例作为混合组,同期健康志愿者47例为对照组。应用QIMT和QAS技术对颈动脉进行检查,获得颈动脉的内膜-中层厚度(IMT)、顺应性系数(CC)、扩张性系数(DC)、弹性系数α、弹性系数β、脉搏波传播速度(PWV)。结果:疾病组(单纯组、混合组)IMT值显著增高,α、β、PWV值升高(P<0.05);单纯组与混合组比较,IMT、DC、CC无明显差异;α、β、PWV值升高(P<0.05)。各组IMT与血糖呈曲线相关。对照组和混合组IMT与血糖呈显著正相关。当混合组血糖>20.00时,IMT及各弹性参数曲线斜率均发生了明显突变,显著升高。结论:超声射频信号技术可以早期准确发现2型糖尿病患者颈动脉功能及结构改变,提示临床控制好血糖水平,可防范和减缓糖尿病血管病变的发生和发展,减少糖尿病心脑血管事件的发生。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonic radio frequency technology in assessing carotid artery function in patients with type 2diabetes.Methods:Thirty-three cases with type 2diabetes were selected as simple group,42 type 2diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as mixed group,47 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.QIMT and QAS technology were utilized to examine carotid artery to obtain carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),compliance coefficient(CC),the expansion coefficient(DC),stiffness coefficient(α),stiffness coefficient(β)and pulse wave velocity(PWV).Results:IMT,α,β,PWV in simple group and mixed group were significantly increased than those in control group(P<0.05);α,β,PWV in simple group were significantly increased than those in mixed group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic radio frequency technology could detect the early carotid artery function and structure changes in type 2diabetes.
