左西孟旦对慢性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP、RDW、hs-CRP和LVEF的影响

Effect of levosimendan on NT-proBNP,RDW,hs-CRP and LVEF of patients with chronic heart failure

目的:观察左西孟旦对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者NT-proBNP、RDW、hs-CRP和LVEF的影响。方法:选取我院心血管内科CHF患者80例,按照是否应用左西孟旦分为观察组(左西孟旦组)和对照组(常规治疗组)。对比两组入院当天(用药前)、用药后第7、14天的NT-proBNP、RDW、hs-CRP和LVEF指标。结果:观察组总有效率为82.50%(33/40),对照组总有效率为55.00%(22/40),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后7、14d的NTproBNP、hs-CRP和RDW均显著低于治疗前,LVEF显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后7、14d的NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和RDW均显著低于对照组,LVEF显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左西孟旦治疗CHF效果优于常规治疗,且可降低NTproBNP、RDW和hs-CRP水平,提高LVEF。

Objective:To investigate the effect of levosimendan on NT-proBNP,RDW,hs-CRP and LVEF of patients with CHF(chronic heart failure).Methods:Eighty patients with CHF in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(levosimendan group)and control group(conventional treatment group).NT-proBNP,RDW,hs-CRP and LVEF were compared between the two groups at the time of admission(before treatment),7days and 14 days after the treatment.Results:The total efficiency rates were 82.50%(33/40)in observation group and 55%(22/40)in control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).NT-proBNP and RDW of the two groups were significantly lower 7and 14 days after the treatment than before(P<0.05).NT-proBNP and RDW were significantly lower in observation group than in control group 7and 14 days after the treatment(P<0.05).hs-CRP of the two groups was significantly lower and LVEF was significantly higher 7and 14 days after the treatment than before(P<0.05).hs-CRP was significantly lower in observation group than in control group 7days and 14 days after the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan is superior to conventional therapy and can not only reduce NT-proBNP,RDW and hs-CRP levels,but also improve LVEF in patients with CHF.
