持续封闭负压引流联合皮瓣修复臀部压疮的临床效果

Clinical value of the continuous vacuum sealing drainage combined with the flaps in repairing of clunial pressure sores

目的:探讨联合应用持续封闭负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)及多种皮瓣修复臀部深度压疮的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本科室2013-01~2016-01收治的35例臀部深度压疮患者,行充分术前准备,首次手术彻底清创并保留VSD装置,二次手术根据患者情况选择合适皮瓣封闭创面,并做好术后护理工作。结果:35例患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合,随访3~18个月,所有患者压疮创面愈合良好,无复发。结论:联合应用VSD技术及多种皮瓣可有效修复臀部深度压疮,明显缩短疗程,术后复发率低,是治疗此类患者的理想方法。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of continuous vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with the flaps in the repairing of deep clunial pressure sore.Methods:Thirty-five patients with deep clunial pressure sores enrolled in our hospital from January of 2013 to January of 2016 were selected.After full preoperative preparations,debridements of necrotic tissue were performed and VSD devices were retained in the primary operation.Suitable flaps were selected to seal wound surface in the secondary operation.Nursing care were then carried out carefully.Results:All patients obtained Ⅰ-stage healings.According to postoperative follow-ups of three to eighteen months,all of the wound surfaces healed well without any relapse.Conclusion:Combination of continuous VSD and flaps in the repairing of deep clunial pressure sore have remarkable clinical effect.It can shorten the course of treatment,and reduce the postoperative relapse rate.
