雷公藤多甙片用于慢性肾炎治疗的效果评价

Effect of multi-glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f.tablet in the treatment of chronic nephritis

目的:探讨雷公藤多甙片治疗慢性肾炎的药理作用。方法:2013-01~2016-06本院治疗的慢性肾炎患者116例,随机分为对照组(58例)和观察组(58例),对照组给予厄贝沙坦和双嘧达莫治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用雷公藤多甙片治疗。比较两组疗效、24 h尿蛋白定量及肾功能参数变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为81.03%,明显高于对照组的62.07%(P<0.05);治疗2、3个月后的24 h尿蛋白定量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);SCr、CCr、BUN肾功能指标水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多甙片具有祛湿消肿、抗炎和调节免疫等功效,临床治疗慢性肾炎效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the pharmacological effect of multi-glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f.(GTW) tablet in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods:A total of 116 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to our hospital from Jan 2013 to Jun 2016 were included in the study and were randomly divided into observation group(n = 58) and control group(n = 58). All patients were given Irbesartan and Dipyridamole tablets while patients in observation group were also given GTW tablet. The clinical efficacy,24 h urine protein and renal function were compared between the two groups. Results:The total efficiency rate was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P < 0. 05). The 24 h urine proteins were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group after the treatment for 2 and 3 months(P < 0. 05). Renal function index such as SCr,CCr,BUN in observation group were significantly superior to those in control group after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion:GTW tablet has the effect of removing edema,anti-inflammation and regulating immune function,and shows good efficacy in the treatment of chronic nephritis.
