Research progress of the risk and related factors on postpartum depression

通过查阅近期国内外有关产后抑郁的文献资料,描述产后抑郁的发病情况,介绍产后抑郁对患者的身心健康、孩子生长发育、配偶及家庭的不良影响。从心理、生理、产科、社会等方面分析产后抑郁的相关影响因素,为医护人员更好地预防和干预产后抑郁提供了思路。

This article describes the incidence of postpartum depression(PPD),and introduces the adverse effects of PPD on the physical and mental health of the patients,the growth and development of the children,the spouse and the family by reviewing recent literatures about postpartum depression at home and abroad.It also analyzes the related factors of PPD from psychological,physiological,obstetric and social aspects,which provides a way of thinking for the better prevention and intervention of PPD.
