摘要
文章依托灌阳至凤凰高速公路工程实际,分析了水泥稳定级配碎石基层混合料含水率不稳定问题及其产生的原因,从加强对拌和站管理人员的施工技术交底和岗前培训、控制不同批次碎石尺寸、为料仓搭设顶棚等方面提出了提升水泥稳定碎石基层混合料含水率稳定性的控制措施,并阐述了该工程实例所取得的含水率稳定性控制效果。
Relying on the engineering practices of Guanyang-Fenghuang Expressway,this article ana-lyzed the instable moisture content problem of cement stabilized macadam base mixtures as well as its causes,proposed the control measures to improve the moisture content stability of cement stabilized macadam base mixtures from strengthening the construction technology disclosure and pre-job training for mixing station managers,controlling the size of different batches of gravel,erecting the roof for ma-terial silos and other aspects,and described the effect of moisture content stability control achieved in this engineering project.
