摘要
文章结合某施工企业项目实际运作经验,分析了公路工程项目材料成本管理的意义,探讨其在数量、价格、质量、存储、采购及保管方面的管理措施,为类似施工项目材料成本管理提供参考。
In combination with the actual project operation experience of a construction enterprise,this article analyzed the significance of material cost management of highway engineering projects,dis-cussed its management practices in quantity,price,quality,storage,procurement and custody aspects,thereby providing the reference for material cost management of similar construction projects.
