The existence of unfair competition acts has many hazards on the transport market,which not only damaged the legitimate rights and interests of other operators,but also directly resulted in the fail-ure of transport market mechanisms,thus it must be regulated through an effective way.Based on the relevant provisions of'Anti-Unfair Competition Law',this article analyzed the specific performance of unfair competition in highway transport market as well as the damages caused to the transport market,and then it proposed the corresponding governance countermeasures.
