摘要
要满足现代公路交通发展的人才需求,必须注重公路人才队伍的培养工作,而公路人才培养的绩效,又必须依托构建合理的绩效评价机制。文章从"人才强路"的战略高度出发,分析了当前公路人才培养绩效评价机制的不足,阐述了构建公路人才培养绩效评价机制的重大意义及应坚持的原则,同时提出了构建公路人才培养绩效评价长效机制的相关对策,以加强公路行业人才队伍建设。
To meet the talent demand of modern highway transport development,it is required to focus on the training work of highway talents,while the performance of highway talent training must rely on building the reasonable performance evaluation mechanism.From the strategic perspective of'Talent Strengthens the Highway',this article analyzed the deficiencies in the current highway talent training performance evaluation mechanism,described the significance of building the highway talent training performance evaluation mechanism as well as the principle to be upheld,and then proposed the related countermeasures to build the highway talent training performance evaluation long-term mechanism,so as to strengthen the construction of highway industry talent team.
