摘要
西部交通建设科技项目"西部地区桥面超薄铺装层技术研究"针对水泥混凝土桥梁桥面铺装层的性能要求,对桥面超薄铺装层技术进行了系统研究。通过对我国西部地区水泥混凝土桥梁和桥面铺装的主要形式及典型病害调查研究,采用理论分析和试验测试相结合的方法,对混凝土桥面超薄沥青铺装层的应力、材料配合比设计、结构组合设计及相关工程应用技术进行了分析,提出了适用于不同环境及交通的薄层和超薄铺装层结构,同时针对不同铺装层厚度和桥梁情况,制备了相应的高性能材料,以确保铺装层的使用性能和使用寿命。本篇对该课题项目研究成果进行推介。
Regarding the performance requirements of deck pavement layer of concrete bridge,Western transportation construction project'Research on Ultra-thin Pavement Layer Technology of the Deck in the Western Region'systematically studied the ultra-thin deck pavement layer technology.Through the investigation and research on the main forms and typical disease of concrete bridges and deck pavement in Chinas western region,by using the combination method of theoretical analysis and experimental testing,it analyzed the stress,material mix design,structural combination design and related engineering application technologies of ultrathin asphalt pavement layer for concrete bridge deck,and presented the thin and ultra-thin pavement layer structure suitable for different environments and traffic,while targeting on different pavement layer thickness and bridge conditions,it prepared the corresponding high-performance materials to ensure the utilization performance and service life of pavement layer.This article aims to promote the research achievements of this subject project.
