摘要 预应力张拉是预应力施工的关键工序之一,直接关系到预应力结构或构件的安全性和耐久性。文章针对传统张拉工艺和设备的诸多弊端,提出智能张拉系统的设计思路和方案,并进一步开发出可用于多种工况的智能张拉系统。该系统由智能泵站、智能千斤顶及计算机控制中心组成,采用以应力值控制为主,伸长量校核的双控模式。应用结果表明:该智能张拉系统张拉力、伸长值控制精度高,同步性好,质量可控,施工快捷,安全性高,经济性好。 The prestressed tension is one of key processes for prestressed construction,which is directly related to the safety and durability of prestressed structures or components.Regarding many drawbacks of traditional tensioning process and equipment,this article proposed the design ideas and solutions of intelligent tensioning system,and further developed the intelligent tensioning system which can be used for various work conditions.This system consists of intelligent pumping stations,smart jacks and com-puter control centers,using the dual control mode of elongation amount checking based on the control of stress values.The application results showed that:this intelligent tensioning system has high control ac-curacy for the tension and elongation values,with good synchronization,controllable quality,quick construction,high safety,and good economy.
