摘要
交通瓶颈是影响城市交通畅通的一个非常重要的因素,河谷型城市道路网受到天然地形的限制,交通瓶颈效应更为凸显。文章分析了河谷型城市交通瓶颈特征,选取具有代表性的影响瓶颈形成的静态因素和考虑交通流影响的动态因素,应用粗糙集理论中基于属性重要度的知识约简方法进行约简,得到通行能力匹配度和饱和度是影河谷型城市道路网瓶颈产生的重要因素的结论,并根据识别瓶颈的规则,从通行能力匹配和饱和度的角度分别给出改善河谷型城市道路网瓶颈的措施。
The traffic bottleneck is a very important factor affecting the urban traffic flow,the road network of Valley-type Cities is limited by the natural terrain,thus its traffic bottleneck effect is more prominent.This article analyzes the characteristics of traffic bottlenecks in Valley-type Cities,selected the repre-sentative static factors affecting the formation of bottlenecks as well as the dynamic factors considering the impact of traffic flow,the knowledge reduction method based on attribute importance in the rough set theory is used for reduction,thus coming out the conclusion that the matching degree and saturation degree of traffic capacity are the important factor affecting the formation of road network bottlenecks in Valley-type Cities,and according to the bottlenecks identification rules,it proposed the measures to improve the road network bottlenecks of Valley-type Cities from the perspective of traffic capacity matching and saturation.
