摘要
温拌沥青混合料是一种节能、环保的新型路用材料。为分析不同温拌剂对沥青的改性作用,文章研究两种典型温拌剂(Sasobit、EvothermTM)对不同种类沥青(基质70#、改性SBS)针入度、软化点、延度、黏度等相关指标的影响。结果表明:两种温拌剂与沥青均表现出较好的相容性与稳定性;Sasobit有助于提高沥青高温性能,但一定程度上会降低沥青的低温抗裂性能;Sasobit减小沥青黏度,提高沥青与集料的裹附作用,从而实现低温拌和目的;EvothermTM温拌剂对沥青基本性能影响不显著。
The warm-mix asphalt is an energy-saving and pro-environment new road material.To analyze the modification effect of different warm-mix agents on the asphalt,this article studies the effect of two typical warm-mix agents(Sasobit,EvothermTM)on the related indicators of different types of asphalt(matrix 70#,modified SBS)such as the penetration degree,softening point,ductility,and viscosity.The results showed that:two warm-mix agents and asphalt both showed better compatibility and stability;Sasobit can help improve the high temperature properties of asphalt,but to some extent reduced the low-temperature cracking resistance of asphalt;Sasobitreduced the viscosity of asphalt,and im-proved the wrapped attached effect of asphalt and aggregates,so as to achieve the purpose of lowtemperature mixing;the effect of EvothermTMwarm-mix agent on the basic performance of asphalt was not significant.
