摘要
企业内部培训师制度是企业培训体系的重要组成部分,但目前在建筑施工企业中的运用相对较少。文章以广西某建筑施工企业为例,分析了当前企业培训存在的问题,探索内部培训师制度在建筑施工企业中的应用思路。
The internal trainer system of enterprises is an important part of corporate training system,but it is relatively little used in construction enterprises.Taking a construction enterprise in Guangxi as the example,this article analyzed the existing problems in corporate training,and explored the application idea of internal trainer system in construction enterprises.
