文章从项目经营角度出发,介绍了混凝土集中拌和站专业分包推行"架子队管理模式"的控制要点及其对管理人员的要求,并阐述了拌和站推行"架子队管理模式"的优势。
Starting from the perspective of project management,this article described the key control points for centralized concrete mixing plant to implement the'Frame-type team management mode'in the specialty subcontracting as well as requirements on management personnel,and described the ad-vantage for mixing station to implement the'Frame-type team management mode'.
