摘要
管片是盾构法隧道施工中的重要装配构件,影响到隧道施工及后期运营的安全性。文章以宁波轨道交通1号线世纪大道-海晏北路区间隧道管片为对象,分析了在海相高流变饱和软土地层修建盾构隧道过程中管片开裂的现象及规律,并结合数值分析揭示了管片开裂部分原因,提出了控制管片开裂的相应措施,可为类似地层条件下的盾构掘进及管片开裂处治提供参考。
Tube sheet is the important assembly component for tunnel construction by shield method,af-fecting the safety of tunnel construction and subsequent operation.Taking the tunnel tube sheet in Centu-ry Avenue-Haiyan North Road range of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 1as the object,this article analyzed the tube sheet cracking phenomena and laws during shield tunnel construction in marine highflow saturated soft soil layer,revealed some reasons of tube sheet cracking in combination with numerical analysis,and proposed the appropriate measures to control the tube sheet cracking,which can provide the ref-erence for the shield tunneling and tube sheet cracking treatment under similar stratum conditions.
