摘要
文章通过分析制定车辆检修计划的影响因素,结合上海张江有轨电车系统数据,提出了检修制度"以技术状态修为主,计划预防修为辅",检修计划制定"以计算机为主,人工为辅"的策略,利用科学的模型方法和详细的数据优化检修任务,为车辆段信息化建设及智能制定检修计划提供了解决方案。
Through analyzing the factors affecting the development of vehicle maintenance plan,and combined with Shanghai Zhangjiang Tramcar system data,this article proposed the strategy of maintenance system 'based on the repair of technical state,supplemented by the planned preventive repair'and maintenance plan formulation'based on computers,supplemented by manual work',to optimize the maintenance tasks by using the scientific model methods and detailed data,thus providing the so-lutions for the car-depot informatization construction and intelligent maintenance plan formulation.
