文章针对高速公路项目建设过程中存在的一些现场监管、施工劳务分包管理问题,提出从勘察设计源头做起,采取全过程跟踪管理等一系列措施,以确保从源头上抓好高速公路项目"四化"建设。

For some on-site supervision and construction labor subcontracting management problems in expressway construction process,this article proposed to take the full-process tracking and manage-ment and a series of measures from the survey and design,so as to ensure the achievement of expressway'Four Modernizations'construction from very beginning.
