文章通过剖析公路建设项目环境影响全过程的特点,分析了国内公路建设项目全程环境管理现状和存在的问题,探索健全中国公路建设项目全程环境管理的方式方法,为完善公路建设项目环境管理机制提供参考,以推动我国环境管理的发展与进步。

Through analyzing the characteristics of the whole environmental impact process in highway construction projects,this article analyzed the current full-process environment management situation and exist-ing problems in domestic highway construction projects,and discussed the ways and means to improve the fullprocess environment management of Chinas highway construction projects,thereby providing the refer-ence for improving the environmental management mechanism of highway construction projects,so as to promote the development and progress of Chinas environmental management.
