'2+3'five-year vocational education talent training work is the popularization trial of China's vo-cational education for the general public,this article focused on analyzing the industry characteristics,student source situation,and connection of talent training in highway civil engineering category,and discussed the new vocational talent training ideas of civil engineering industry suitable for the current social development needs in China.
