Discussions on Maintenance Construction of Expressway Pavement Micro-surfacing

微表处是一种按照设计好的比例将聚合物改性乳化沥青、填料、水、粗细填料等材料拌合成稀浆混合物,并将其进行均匀地摊铺、养护破乳、成型的一种新型的施工方式,具有改善路面平整度、提高耐磨、防滑的功能。文章结合具体的公路施工建设项目,探讨了采用微表处技术进行高速公路路面养护的施工工艺。

Micro-surfacing is a new construction method of mixing the polymer modified asphalt emulsion,fillers,water,coarse and fine fillers and other materials according to the designed ratio into the slurry mixture,followed by uniformly paving,maintenance demulsification,and molding,which can im-prove the pavement flatness,wear resistance,and anti-slip functions. Combined with specific highway construction projects,this article discussed the construction process of using the micro-surfacing tech-nology for expressway pavement maintenance.
