采用菱形挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术可以减少支架的应用,同时还可以合理地控制工程的支出,具有非常显著的经济效益和社会效益,因此在桥梁工程中应用广泛。文章结合某桥梁工程悬臂浇筑施工实例,介绍了菱形挂篮的安装与施工技术,并阐述了混凝土浇筑的注意事项与挂篮施工安全技术措施,以期对类似工程起到借鉴作用。

Using the diamond hanging-basket cantilever casting construction technology can reduce the number of stents and can reasonably control the engineering expenditure,which has very significant economic and social benefits,thus it is widely used in bridge engineering. In combination with the canti-lever casting construction example of a bridge engineering,this article introduced the installation and construction technology of diamond hanging basket,and described the precautions of concrete pouring as well as safety technology measures of hanging-basket construction,hoping to play a reference role for similar projects.
