道路客运与民航地空联运网络设计模型与算法

摘要 文章针对道路客运与机场接驳的现状及存在的问题,在选定的城市候机楼与机场之间建立一个地空联运网络,通过节点重要度法对接驳班线的节点进行选择,得到备选节点的集合;以社会总成本最小为目标函数,下层采用基于Logit的随机均衡交通分配模型,构建了地空联运网络双层规划模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解分析,为机场与道路客运衔接的实施提供了一定的理论基础,具有一定的理论价值和社会实践意义。 Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of road passenger transport and airport shuttle,this article established a land and air transport network between the selected city terminal and airport,selected the nodes of shuttle bus lines through node importance method,and obtained the set of alternative nodes; with the total social cost as the objective function,the random Logit-based equilibrium traffic assignment model was selected for the lower layer,it built the land-air transport network dual-level programming model and used the genetic algorithms for solution analysis,thereby providing certain theoretical basis for the implementation of connections between airport and road passenger transport,and it has some theoretical value and social practice meaning.
