摘要
文章以广西来宾客运站为例,分析了异地客票发售存在的问题与制约因素,具体分析了外部经济环境、铁路局售票策略、售票人员业务技能及客运站运营制度等影响因素,并从加强客票营销、淡旺互补、加强业务技能培训等方面提出相应对策,力求解决异地客票营销增量问题。
With Guangxi Laibin Terminal as the example,this article analyzed the problems and con-straints in the sales of non-local tickets,conducted the detailed analysis on the influential factors such as external economic environment,ticketing policy of railway administrations,business skills of ticketing personnel and the operating systems of passenger stations,and it proposed the corresponding coun-termeasures from the aspects of strengthening the ticket marketing,complementary between off season and peak season,and strengthening the business skill training,etc.,aiming to solve the problem of non-local ticket marketing increments.
