The Design Ideas of New Residential Construction in Yin Xu Area

殷墟遗址区保留了相当数量的明清、民国时期的传统民居,是豫北民居的重要组成部分。以殷墟遗址区为例,将传统豫北民居的外观与现代住宅的内部设施相结合,按照当地的相关土地政策,采用统一的宅基地面积标准进行新建住房设计,以协调村落发展与遗址保护之间的矛盾。

There is a considerable amount of traditional local-style dwelling houses of Ming and Qing dynasties,the period of the republic of China,which is an important part of the houses of the Northern Henan.This article combines the appearance of the traditional style and interior modern facilities,in accordance with the relevant local land policies,adopting uniform residential land,in order to coordinate the contradiction between development and protection.
